By accessing and using AeoliTech's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

AeoliTech provides CMMC readiness consulting, NIST 800-171 implementation, and compliance automation solutions. Our services include:
PolicyCortex Platform
Access and implementation
CMMC Readiness Consulting
Gap assessment, SSP development, and C3PAO prep
Compliance Automation
Evidence collection and continuous monitoring
Security Assessment
NIST 800-171 and 800-53 control implementation
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining security and compliance:
Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials
Using services in compliance with applicable laws
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Reporting any security vulnerabilities or issues
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of AeoliTech services are owned by AeoliTech, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
6. Limitation of Liability
AeoliTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
