AeoliTech was founded by engineers who spent years inside the federal compliance ecosystem, at MITRE, at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and across DoD programs where NIST 800-171 and 800-53 controls weren't theoretical. They were the controls we implemented, assessed, and defended in front of Authorizing Officials.
We watched defense contractors burn 12-18 months trying to stand up CMMC readiness internally, writing policies that didn't map to what assessors actually look for, collecting evidence manually, and scrambling when the C3PAO walked in. We knew there was a faster, cleaner path because we'd built it on the government side.

AeoliTech is founder-led by Leonard Esere, who holds active DoD Secret and DoE Q clearances. Leonard's career spans direct delivery at MITRE and Los Alamos National Laboratory, where he worked on federal cybersecurity programs that required the same NIST control sets our clients now need for CMMC certification.
